Both boys have a very nasty cough, so I took them to the doctor this morning.
After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, we were in with the doctor for approximately 3 minutes. They've both got viral upper respiratory tract infections and need calpol and nurofen. The doctor also prescribed a linctus for each of them... I'd never heard of them so looked them up. The one prescribed for David is not to be used in children under the age of 6 and the one prescribed for Joe is not to be used in children or adolescents under the age of 18!
Sigh. Again.
